Google API Data Protection Guarantee: We do not use data retrieved via Google APIs (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, or Google Marketing Platform) for general advertising or marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to third parties under any circumstances. We do not use your Google API data to train generalized AI/ML models without your explicit opt-in consent.
4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Nodal AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only under the following limited circumstances:

A. Security Measures

B. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as your Nodal AI account is active or as necessary to provide services and comply with legal duties. Cached tokens and connected Google API data are automatically purged when you disconnect an integration.
7. Your Rights and Choices
• Revoke Google Access: You can revoke Nodal AI’s access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings Page.
• Marketing Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing message.
• Cookie Preferences: You can set your browser to decline cookies, though some functionality of our site may be affected.
• Do Not Track: Our site currently does not respond to automated “Do Not Track” browser signals.
